The NEELB has signed a new Action Plan with the Education Ministry of Brandenburg, Germany to promote further school links and developmental initiatives. This highly successful partnership is in its 11th year and to date it has fostered 130 school and youth links involving more than 3,000 teacher and pupil exchanges.
